Michael Kadoury
Michael Kadoury is a strategic business adviser and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in helping grow innovation, technology & early stage businesses. Michael has helped thousands of clients access government incentives and has successfully raised over $900M in funding for different early stage projects and ventures. He has also assisted multiple clients with practical experience to expand internationally and prepare for exit or IPO. Among other qualifications, Michael is also a qualified solicitor, a registered Australian Tax Agent and a Migration Agent, and is an active investor in startups and early stage ventures around the world. He is also a director and senior adviser to the boards of several innovation, information, communication and technology companies.
Jonathan Samuel
Former tech CFO, CPA, business owner and published author, Jonathan is dedicated to helping businesses succeed. With over 20 years’ experience in various local and international senior management roles, he brings immense knowledge, experience and expertise when it comes to strengthening the financial posture of organisations. Jonathan has successfully guided many Australia businesses through various stages of funding including accessing government grants and capital raising. He is an EMDG Quality Incentive Program (QIP) consultant and a co-founder of Gainpoint.
